Who we are
MySaaSCards ("the Service") is operated as a private editorial project. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use it.
Acceptable use
You may browse the site for personal, non-commercial research, share links to individual card pages, cite our editorial text with attribution, and submit new products via the submission form. You may not:
- Automatically scrape, mirror, or bulk-download the site or its content at a rate that would burden our infrastructure. Reasonable manual browsing and RSS subscriptions are fine.
- Rehost or repackage our editorial descriptions or Live Signals data on your own site without written permission.
- Use the site to defame or harass other people or products.
- Attempt to break, exploit, or circumvent site security, or reverse-engineer non-public APIs.
Editorial listings
Inclusion in the deck is at editorial discretion. We may add, remove, or update any card at any time without notice. If your product was listed and you'd like it removed, email us and we will remove it in a reasonable timeframe.
Sponsored placements
Sponsored cards are labelled with a Sponsored badge and are limited to specific placement slots (Editor's picks, category-top, homepage hero). Sponsorship never influences Live Signals data. Sponsored placements are agreements between the sponsor and MySaaSCards; they do not create a relationship between you and the sponsor beyond what appears on the card page.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links on card pages carry affiliate parameters. If you click through and purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not affect ranking or Live Signals. Our affiliate disclosure is repeated on the About page and inline on card pages.
User submissions
When you submit a SaaS or feedback via the site, you represent that the information is accurate to your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You grant MySaaSCards a non-exclusive license to publish, edit for clarity, and remove submitted content at editorial discretion. We do not compensate submitters unless a specific sponsorship agreement exists.
Third-party content
Live Signals reflect data from GitHub, Hacker News, Reddit, Product Hunt, and RSS changelogs. That data is owned by its respective providers or authors; we merely fetch and display it. Availability depends on those upstream APIs. When an API is down, the corresponding tile will show an "unavailable" state instead of stale data.
Warranty & liability
The site is provided as is. Pricing, features, and terms of the listed products change. Always verify claims with the vendor before making a purchase decision. We take editorial care but do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MySaaSCards is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
DMCA / IP concerns
If you believe content on MySaaSCards infringes your copyright or trademark, email [email protected] with the subject "IP concern" and include: the specific URL, a description of the work, and your contact info. We remove infringing material promptly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes are noted at the top with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MySaaSCards is operated. Any disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts, or by mutual agreement in arbitration where both parties consent.
